Dallin broke his thumb. I watched him do it, but I wasn't quick enough to stop it. He cried for a long time and it was so swollen and red that I figured I would take him over to the pediatric urgent care to have it checked out. I thought I was overreacting but the x-ray showed that he had actually broken it. They made a temporary cast for it and sent me to the orthopedist the next day. The orthopedist told me that because Dallin is so young, he will be healed so fast he doesn't even need a permanent cast. He said to just give it a week and take of the temporary cast and he should be fine.
In the mean time we have been dressing Dallin in Weston's shirts to make it easier for his arm to go through. He looks so cute in his big brother's clothes.

Ah, so sad, but so cute =) What a smart little guy to think of using the book!! Isn't it great that kids heal so fast!! Hope he gets better soon, and tell Mike hi from Greg and his family =)
Ohhh, poor little guy! He is soooo cute though! You have such adorable little boys! Hope his thumb heals soon.
